Refund &Cancellation Policy

1. Trading Transactions

All trading transactions executed on the platform are final and cannot be reversed, as they depend on live market conditions.

2. Deposits (Updated)

• All deposits are fully refundable, provided the funds have not been used for trading.
• Refunds will be issued only to the original payment account or original cryptocurrency wallet used for the deposit.
• Additional verification (KYC) may be required before processing the refund.
• If trading activity has occurred, the refundable balance will exclude trading losses, bonuses, or promotional credits.

3. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals follow mandatory KYC and compliance checks.
• Processing times may vary based on payment methods, banking partners, and verification status.

4. Chargebacks

• Chargebacks are treated as unauthorized disputes and may lead to:
• Account suspension
• Freezing of funds
• Termination of account
• Vista FX Solutions will provide all supporting documents to banks to contest false chargebacks.

5. Service Fees

All platform fees, network fees, and operational charges are non-refundable.
